I’ve seen a website out there that has a “hacker” sight for FrontierVille, but you have to download a program. Downloading scares me, normally = viruses. I dont want to pay for anything virtual either…
I am a total FrontierVIlle addict
I’M one of the few people who loves to have her games legally. I usually only use illegal games, like something downloaded with a torrent, if there is no demo version, and if I like it, I usually buy it, if it’s price worths it.
But neither with this kind of attitude, plus loving this small game, I would never ever pay for this game more than 1-2 dollars. Why? Because it’s fun, but beta. Professional game makers don’t make us pay for beta games filled with bugs. The lagg is almost unbearable, makes this small cute game so dull like hell. And tough it’s fun, after getting your 1st million gold, got rid of all the quests, I have nothing to do. Harvest Moon, and other single player games can give you much more gameplay, and they worth their price. I had more HUNDRED!!! of gameplay with only Harvest Moon games since the SNES.
A laggy, bugged beta game, with a maximum size of 60 MB isn’t worth more than a few dollars. It can be the most fun game in the world, but neither in that case is not worth it. 199 dollar, ridiculous. The price of a console itself.
As I saw I was the only one among my neighbours who ever spent money on this game (I needed a skull, so I spent 1 dollar to have enough shoes for it -.-). Many small games have two kind of accounts, limited and full. They usually ask 5-10 dollars for an account upgrade. You only have to pay once, so muuuuuch more players can be influenced to spend their money. I don’t know why can’t they do it this way.
